Mrs Nebo Chidiebere (Nee Okoyeh) was born on 24th December 1981 , the second child born to late Chief R.B.N & Mrs Stella Okoyeh from Agbadani village , Agukwu-Nri town in Anaocha LGA of Anambra State. She is married to Mr Stanley Nebo from Ekenene village, Udi town in Udi LGA of Enugu state.
Early educational background started in May-Day Nursery and Primary school where she obtained her FSLC in 1995 and obtained her SSCE in 2000 from Apata Memorial high school both in Lagos State. Finally came down to the eastern part of Nigeria where she obtained a BSc in Public Administration in Nnamdi Azikiwe University, she was the best graduating student of 2008 set and serviced as a vice-president of NAPAS. Hence after service to the country in 2010 she was offered employment as a Graduate Assistant. Furthermore she obtained an M.Sc in Public Administration in the University of Nigeria Nuskka (UNN) in 2013 and is currently running her PhD in Public Administation.
She is a member of the Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management (IPDM) and has held various positions in the Department. Currently she is the Depatmental ICT officer and Regular coordinator in the Department.
She is a devoted Catholic, and member of the Legion of Mary. She is hardworking, creative, honest and a team player.Interest Includes: Human Resource Management, Policy Administration & International Administration
