Pattern of presentation of prostate cancer is variable. Lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and erectile dysfunction (ED) occurring in these adults contribute significant morbidity with negative impact on their quality of life.
Further understanding of these symptoms (LUTS, ED) either as isolated entities or directly related to prostate cancer, benign prostate enlargement and other diseases remain an important urological issue.
